It's Domestic Violence Awareness Month, Let's Raise Funds for W.O.M.A.N., Inc.!

Hi all,

It's Domestic Violence Awareness Month (DVAM), and now is the time for us to get involved in helping survivors of DV!

Year after year, WOMAN Inc. provides unwavering support to survivors of DV, 24/7, 365 days a year. WOMAN Inc.'s efforts depend on active community involvement, crucial in today's difficult political climate where our rights are being attacked, and there are real threats to women, queer and trans folks, immigrants among others. DV disproportionately impacts the most vulnerable among us: and WOMAN Inc is dedicated to helping them, no matter the results of an election.

That's why I created a fundraiser to support W.O.M.A.N., Inc.. Their DVAM campaign will help ensure that trained DV counselors are always available to answer calls, provide advocacy, accompaniment, and counseling to survivors of DV. Their goal is to raise $25,000, let's make sure they are able to answer the call and help raise some money!
